to volunteer.
The roof , floor and walls all good. Needs windows and to reinstall electrical and plumbing and will be a great office for the site. Needs a good coat of paint and to be pressure tested Just waiting for a paintjob and clearing around it. Sidings at the facility, but switches have been cut out to the facility More clearing to be done, but the view from trackside What an open canvas. There are two very small rooms also with a freight room and also a small segregated waiting room.

The Engine Service Facility is located off of HWY 371 Right After the Consolidated Plastics
Plant on the Right Side. Also directly across from the Springhill Country
Club. You will see a gravel road on the right.. If you
come to the Cullen Gateway Sign, then turn around, you just missed it.
